Dr. Ze ZHANG, a Master's Supervisor and National Certified Urban Rural Planner, is a visiting scholar at the Zhejiang (Zhejiang University) Center for International Studies on Development and Governance. Dr. Ze Zhang takes the positions of Outstanding Young Scholar at Soochow University and Module Leader at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. He also serves as a researcher at the Key Laboratory of Land and Space Intelligent Planning Technology of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Urbanization Research Center of the Ministry of Education. His main research interest is urban governance.
Dr. Ze Zhang participates in 5 research funds as the principal investigator, including the National Natural Science Foundation. He published over 20 peer-reviewed papers and won awards at the provincial and ministerial levels twice. The publication of monographs has been included in the National 13th Five Year Plan Key Book Publishing Project, and his decision-making consultation report has received affirmative approval from the central leadership.
