随着数字经济的快速发展，区域数字经济发展合作变得越来越重要。2023年9月7日，中国总理李强在雅加达参加第26次东盟与中日韩领导人会议上的讲话更是强调数字经济领域的创新合作，提出“中方愿与各方深化数字经济、清洁能源、新能源汽车等领域创新合作，共促新兴产业发展，共同培育更多新的经济增长点。”
受中国工信部委托，浙江大学于2023 年和2024 年连续两年举办“东盟—中国（10+1）数字经济研修班”，并拟今年举办第三期。在人工智能迅猛发展的背景下，受中国国家数据局委托，浙江大学拟举办“东盟—中日韩（10+3）数字经济研修班”，深化区域数字转型和人工智能领域的知识分享。
浙江大学拟于2025年10月16日—11月6日举办“东盟—中日韩（10+3）数字经济研修班暨第三届中国—东盟数字经济研修班”。现面向10+3合作机制相关国家政府、产业及学术界领军人才，共接收至多50位学员赴杭州、深圳等地开展为期三周的专题研修。
项目由浙江大学与浙江省人民政府外事办公室主办，浙江（浙江大学）国际发展与治理研究中心（CiSDG）与浙江大学全球发展倡议研究中心（CGDS）承办，提供国际往返旅费、学费及在华食宿全额资助。

Announcement | ASEAN Plus Three (10+3) Digital Economy Workshop and the Third ASEAN-China (10+1) Digital Economy Workshop Now Open for Application!
With the rapid advancement of the digital economy, regional cooperation in this field has become increasingly important. On September 7, 2023, during the 26th ASEAN Plus Three Summit held in Jakarta, Chinese Premier Li Qiang delivered a keynote speech highlighting innovative cooperation in the field of digital economy. He emphasized that “China is ready to deepen innovation cooperation with all parties in such fields as the digital economy, clean energy and new energy vehicles, to boost the emerging industries and foster more new drivers of growth. ”
Entrusted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, Zhejiang University successfully organized the “ASEAN-China (10+1) Digital Economy Workshop” for two consecutive years in 2023 and 2024, and is scheduled to host the third session in 2025. In response to the accelerating development of artificial intelligence, and under the commission of the China National Data Administration, Zhejiang University now plans to launch the “ASEAN Plus Three (10+3) Digital Economy Workshop” to further promote regional knowledge exchange in digital transformation and AI-related fields.
Zhejiang University now plans to launch the “2025 ASEAN Plus Three (10+3) Digital Economy Workshop & 3rd ASEAN-China (10+1) Digital Economy Workshop” from 16 October to 6 November, 2025. The project will offer a three-week specialized training program in Hangzhou and Shenzhen, hosting up to 50 participants—senior professionals from government agencies, the private sector, and academia in the 10+3 countries.
The project is organized by Zhejiang University and the Department of Foreign Affairs of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government, and implemented by the Centre for International Studies on Development and Governance, Zhejiang & Zhejiang University (CiSDG) and the Center for Global Development Studies, Zhejiang University (CGDS).
Full scholarships covering international travel, tuition, accommodation and meals in China will be provided.
